We ship small orders by EMS for most countries, except those counties whose customs clearance is very strict, then we use DHL. If you are in hurry, we can also ship by DHL. And, for large quantity orders, we usually ship by DHL.

Orders maybe delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product. Please kindly allow us 24-48 hours to arrange the shipment after you pay for your order.

Return Policy

1, Returning defective items:
Faulty products can be returned to us if they have quality defects.
If your product turns out to be a defective one with physical damage within 7 days from the initial receipt date, only because of our mistake, the customer can ship the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement. However, you will need to provide photos showing the defect(s) of the product before returning. Please contact us immediately if you want to return.

2, Returning products you are unsatisfied with:
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 7 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or an exchange. If the return is not caused by our error, we charge 20% of the product's fee during a refund and the shipping cost will not be refunded, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.

3, No returns on used items. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. Original box must not be defaced or altered in any way.

4, Return freight is the customer's responsibility.

5, You must contact us in 7 days after you receive your order if you want to return. We don't accept any returning for an order which has been received for over one week.

6, We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. For other personal reasons, we will deduct the initial handle cost when we make the refund.

7, If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

8, Exchanges or refunds need to be done after your package has been received by us. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account once refund is finished.

9, Please allow up to 7 business days to complete your return or exchange.


Handling:

We usually arrange the shipment in 24-48 hours, and will send you tracking number in 2 days after you order.

Some items may be out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update in this case.
